Tutorials for beginning and experienced level technicians
Wybron products are simple to maintain and service, if you are just replacing parts. Beginning technicians and even experienced are far more confident when the can see a maintainance project all the way through, before they grab their screwdriver.
The first tutorial is about replacing a drive belt on a Forerunner. Depending on mileage, the atmosphere in the operating area, and characteristics of the color changes, a belt can last for several years or need to be replaced annually. Fortunately, the drive belt is one of the least expensive parts on the Forerunner and the replacement can be done in 20-30 minutes.
This is the first of several tutorials to be released with Coloram II up next. If you have a suggestion for a particular model you would like to see put under the maintenance microscope, just email us here and we will get to work on it. These tutorials are free, but you have to register as a customer so we can infrequently use our massive marketing machine (irony ends here) tell you about new things on the store.
In some cases, when we don't have a model to use for a tutorial, we can use yours for the photography and you get the repair for free!
